I am the Senior Partner at Manor Farm Medical Centre in Swaffham.  I qualified at the Royal London hospital in 1983, and I have worked in Swaffham since 1988. Having referred many patients to the Home Hospice I have valued its enormous contribution to their care and well being for many years.   Therefore, when I was asked to be Chairman I was extremely honoured, delighted and humbled to join the wonderful group of dedicated people that work for the Home Hospice.
