WHICH AREA DO YOU COVER?
We cover an area served by the GP surgeries of Swaffham and Litcham. However, any patient who lives outside our boundary has their request considered on its merits together with our ability to respond appropriately.
HOW CAN I BE REFERRED TO YOU?
There are many ways to be referred to us; any of the caring professions may refer directly to us and we will make contact with you or they may advise you to get in touch with us. It is fine for you to talk to us or ask if we could help.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I PHONE?
You will be asked to provide a few details, name, address, diagnosis etc. If we are able to help you we will then make an appointment to visit you at home to discuss things in more detail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT HELP?
If your needs are clinical, or are within areas which we are not able to help with, we will do our best to signpost you to the appropriate service.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
All our services are free of charge. We are funded in part by NHS Norfolk but, to maintain our caring without charge, more than two thirds of our costs (amounting to approximately £100,000 a year) need to be covered by fundraising and donations.
